Educators invited to visit U.S. Space & Rocket Center for free this Saturday

The U.S. Space and Rocket Center (USSRC) is celebrating educators this Saturday with a free visit to the center. Educators that visit will get free museum admission, goody bag and will have an opportunity to view free showings in the state of the art INTUITIVE Planetarium. Additionally, educators will be able to attend live science demonstrations, tour the Davidson Center for Space Exploration and check out the new Apollo: When We Went to the Moon exhibit.

According to the USSRC website this offer is open to “ALL Educators (preservice and active) at all grade levels (daycare – pre-K – post-secondary – graduate level) are welcome including public school, private schools, homeschools and librarians”. Any additional guests will be subject to regular museum and planetarium admission prices and educators will need to show credentials to receive the discount. No registration is necessary but planetarium shows will be first come, first served.
